– Building staff is Union and included in the rental fee during standard hours, but OT hourly costs will apply
– Additional building costs for cleaning and garbage removal will apply based on the scope of your event
– Additional OT hourly charges will apply for HVAC based on use
– Electrical usage will be submetered
– Electrical pull or tie-in may be required at an additional cost depending on the scope of your event, and a building engineer will be required on site for any work
